The warmth, romance and festival atmosphere of New Orleans are the main ingredients in our bourbon Street buffet. Our classic menu will be displayed in the setting of traditional New Orleans Street scene using wrought iron fencing and Mardi Gras props. The menu, which will feature a variety of authentic Creole and Cajun specialties will be served to your guests with southern hospitality. Let the Mardi Gras began.

For your guests who appreciate the spice and flavor of Mexico, we will feature a complete old Mexican village serving our soft taco bar. A variety of taco fillings in ceramic pottery will be displayed among serapes, pinatas, and all the making us of Mexico. After completing their self of the border feast your guests will be ready to don a sombrero and dance to mariachis

This buffet, featuring table side prepared pastas, will be decorated with all types of pasta--wet and drive with an assortment of peppers, tomatoes, onions, bottles of olive oil and wine vinegar's and braids of garlic to give it an Italian street scene feeling.

The art and elegance of cosmopolitan Italy will be artfully combined with the contemporary Italian cooking in our Picasso pizza station. The use of high-tech primary colors of turquoise, hot pink and yellow, will accent the sophisticated Italian decor. That's Amore!

Our Accents of the Far East features a wide variety of authentic foods from various regions of the Orient and emphasizes our Tempura Station. Each guest will watch their selection be prepared in an authentic wok by our chef. Large fans and Oriental lanterns accent the decor. Enormous floral arrangements displayed in black vases and fresh fruit displayed on black lacquered trays add an additional elegance to the Oriental theme and fill the room with a romantic fragrance. Other menu selections, also displayed on black lacquered trays will be presented in a Japanese garden-like setting using large polished pebbles, dramatic shoots of bamboo, exotic flowers and greenery. Your guests will wish they came dressed in a kimono.

The bizarre like setting the Middle East marketplace will excite the imaginations of your guests. Their senses will be aroused by the sites and smells of our marketplace complete with bolts of fabric, Peacock feathers and brass dishes.
